1.Mainting Payroll, Prepare guidelines / policies for upkeep and safety in factory and office,
2.Preparing Monthly MIS, Maintain up-to-date personal / working and training record of all employees,
3.Documenting and training security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of company resources and their employees,
4.Prepare and document all required statutory obligations towards ESI / EPF / LTA / LWF / Gratuity / Bonus / Leave etc as per Govt Notification and Company Policy, Connecting with industry to find skilled / trainee manpower in Technical / Non-Technical / Managerial levels and selecting candidates for interaction to identify skills that would help in company's growth.
4Making entries of all attendance entries in register for staff and workers Making these entries in computer filing in attendance working sheet
5.Check the salary wages statement Check the pf esic and pt challans Site compliance documents: solving queries, maintain compliance documents
6.Making admin excel Organizing interview schedules, join formalities, induction's Employee's pf work like kyc, claims and nominations.
7.Monitor housekeeping and security. Handling statutory compliance and renewals. Maintain and check stock of stationers, other glossaries.
Coordinate with other staff and workers. Administration bill checking
