Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dependable
HR & Admin Executive
to independently manage night shift operations, including employee support, admin coordination, and facility oversight. If you're well-organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the right role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Handle attendance, shift rosters & basic payroll inputs
Coordinate onboarding, ID issuance, and background verification
Address employee concerns and grievances during the night shift
Ensure policy compliance and maintain employee records
Admin Responsibilities:
Oversee transport coordination for night shift employees
Ensure cleanliness, safety & proper functioning of office facilities
Liaise with support staff (housekeeping, security, etc.)
Maintain stock levels & escalate maintenance issues
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (HR/Admin preferred)
1-3 years' experience in HR/Admin (preferably in night shift or BPO)
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently during off-hours
Basic knowledge of PF/ESI, HRMS tools & facility management
