Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to assist the Senior HR with recruitment, administration, compliance, and day?to?day HR support across two units. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities



HR Assistance



Support the recruitment cycle: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and on boarding. Maintain and update employee records: attendance logs, leave records, contracts, and HR database. Assist in employee relations, including grievance handling and policy communication

HR Policies & Compliance



Assist in implementing and adhering to HR policies and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, Factories Act)

Administration & Coordination



Manage office resources: supplies, vendors, facilities, and event logistics Coordinate weekly visits to Unit II for HR/admin support and reporting to Sr. HR.

Attendance & Payroll Input



Track attendance and leave; coordinate data for payroll processing

Reporting & Analytics



Assist in preparing monthly HR reports: recruitment, attendance, benefits, compliance under guidance

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

1-3 years in HR support or HR/admin roles, preferably in manufacturing or engineering

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); preferable with HRIS/ATS/ERP knowledge.

Legal Knowledge:

Working understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to confidentiality

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
