Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data. Coordinate performance evaluation processes and maintain appraisal records. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) or any field.

Should have 2+ years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Conduct induction programs and support training & development activities. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and liaise with consultants. Manage day-to-day office administration activities. Strong knowledge of HR functions and statutory compliances in manufacturing industry. Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Problem-solving and people management skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
