Responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance monitoring, while also handling day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, on boarding, and employee records.
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and HR policies.
Handle employee engagement, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Oversee office administration, documentation, and compliance.
Liaise with management for HR planning and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of HR/Admin experience.
Good communication and organisational skills.
