Job Description

An HR & Admin Executive manages daily human resources and office operations, handling recruitment, employee records, payroll, benefits, policy enforcement, training coordination, and general office upkeep, serving as a key link for employee support, efficient HR processes, and a productive work environment by ensuring legal compliance and smooth administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing onboarding paperwork, and new hire orientation.

Employee Records & Data:

Maintaining accurate HR databases, employee files, contracts, and managing sensitive information.

Payroll & Benefits:

Assisting with payroll processing, managing leave, and administering employee benefits like insurance.

Policy & Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies, updating documentation, and handling HR-related reports.

Employee Relations:

Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues, and supporting management.

Training & Development:

Organizing training sessions and supporting development initiatives.

Office Administration:

Managing office supplies, facilities, vendor contracts, and coordinating company events/meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
