The Admin & HR Executive will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments, sites, and management.
Job Summary
The Admin & HR Executive at JB Interiors will handle administrative activities, HR operations, and coordination between office and project sites. This role ensures employee management, documentation accuracy, and smooth functioning of office and project workflows.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office positions (carpenters, designers, supervisors etc.).
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with management.
Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
Maintain attendance, leave tracking, and manpower allocation for project sites.
Support payroll by preparing attendance sheets and HR-related inputs.
Prepare HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, warnings, confirmations, etc.
Assist in performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.
Address basic employee queries and coordinate with management for resolutions.
Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office administration, housekeeping, office upkeep, and supplies.
Manage site-related documentation, ID cards, labour records, and contractor details.
Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers on daily manpower and progress updates.
Maintain employee files, project folders, contracts, and company records.
Handle vendor management, purchase coordination, and follow-ups with suppliers.
Organize meetings, travel arrangements, schedules, and telephonic coordination.
Maintain asset inventory: laptops, tools, materials, and office equipment.
Assist management with internal communication and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or equivalent.
1-3 years' experience in Admin/HR roles (experience in construction/interior industry is an advantage).
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of HR processes and statutory basics.+
