Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled HR and Admin Executive to join our team. The HR and Admin Executive will pay a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR and Administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations by helping to address grievances and concerns.
Help coordinate performance appraisals and employee feedback processes.
Manage leave and attendance records.
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations and company policies.
Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling office supplies and liaising with vendors.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update office systems, ensuring efficient workflow.
Support the implementation of health and safety standards in the workplace.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Assist in managing office budgets and expenses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR preferred.
Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Minimum 01- 02 year experience preferred.
