Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and concerns
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
Organize training sessions, SOP creation, and skill development activities
Assist with performance management and appraisals
Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws
Plan employee engagement activities and internal events
Maintain HR databases and support payroll coordination
Qualifications:
Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
0-3 years of experience in HR/Admin (retail or customer-facing roles preferred)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
Understanding of HR practices and compliance standards
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
