We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage
recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and office administration
while supporting a positive and productive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing to onboarding).
Maintain
attendance, HR records, and payroll coordination
.
Plan and execute
employee engagement & team-building activities
.
Assist with
performance reviews, policy implementation, and compliance
.
Oversee
office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
.
1-3 years
of HR and admin experience (preferably in IT or tech sector).
Excellent
communication, coordination, and people management
skills.
Knowledge of
HRMS tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace
.
