Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Prepare payroll inputs, salary sheets, and coordinate with the accounts team
Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESI, etc.
Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating company HR policies
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Act as the bridge between management and staff
Resolve grievances with professionalism and confidentiality
Support employee engagement initiatives
Office Administration:
Supervise housekeeping and ensure proper office upkeep
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and daily admin functions
Support logistics, infrastructure, and resource planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
1-3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
Solid understanding of HR laws, payroll, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and payroll systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?33,000.00 per month
