Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR database.
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and orientation for new employees.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.
Coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursements and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Handle employee grievances, escalate issues as necessary.
Organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal SOPs.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
Ensure upkeep of the office environment, cleanliness, and maintenance coordination.
Monitor utilities, courier, and administrative expenses.
Handle company documentation, filing, and data entry.
Liaise with service providers (IT, housekeeping, security, etc.).
Maintain visitor logs, access control, and basic office security protocols.
