Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary processing.
Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Assist in performance appraisal process and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee office administration, supplies, and vendor management.
Maintain company documentation, records, and filing systems.
Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and event coordination.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with external agencies.
Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office facilities.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
