We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage both
administrative
and
human resource functions
. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and other HR-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Manage vendor contracts, office maintenance, and service providers.
Organize travel, accommodations, and logistics for employees and management.
Handle front desk duties, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain structured records, files, and databases.
Assist management with coordination of meetings, schedules, and office communication.
Human Resource Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee queries and support engagement activities.
