Job Description

Roles & Responsibility



1. Planning HR and administration activities

2. Overseeing recruitment, posting jobs, scheduling interviews.

3. Managing the payroll and employee attendance

4. Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures

5. Running employee relations programs

6. Overseeing the office management function

7. Creating and distributing guidelines, documents about company policies

8. Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.

9. Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos and presentations.

10. Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings

11. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.

12. Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.

13. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.

Requirements



1. 1 to 2 years of experience in HR and office administration

2. Qualification - Graduate

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
