Provide HR support and administration, including recruitment, staffing, performance management, compensation, & benefits.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the information in the HRM system and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave and claim entries.
Handle full spectrum of payment of the basic pay and overtime calculation to processing of workers' salary.
Maintain proper worker records and administrate employee benefits programs, including annual leave, medical, insurance, etc.
Responsible for staff travel documents preparation and checking all the documents are in order.
