Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in HR and Administration.
Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office
Human Resources (HR):
Manage recruitment for staff, engineers, supervisors, and site workers.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Implement HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.
Handle employee grievances and support workforce engagement.
Conduct induction, training, and skill development programs.
Support performance appraisal and manpower planning.
Administration (Admin):
Oversee office and site administration.
Maintain company documents, agreements.
Regularly follow up with project/site teams for daily/weekly progress updates.
Escalate delays, issues, or resource gaps to management for timely resolution.
Prepare and share follow-up reports with management on ongoing site activities.
