Key Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer letters, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and manage attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
Accounts Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly expense reports.
Handle basic accounting tasks like bookkeeping, invoicing, and maintaining payments received.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Assist in GST filing, tax calculations, and vendor payments.
Prepare reports related to financial transactions and salary expenses.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in HR and Accounts handling (1-3 years preferred).
Good knowledge of payroll management, attendance software, and basic accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Office, accounting software (like ZOHO Books, or similar).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
