About the Role

As an

HR & Accounts Executive

at V6 Arthgyan LLP, you will manage end-to-end human resources operations along with accounting and compliance responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting employee engagement, payroll, recruitment, and statutory compliances, while also ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting. This dual role is critical for maintaining organizational efficiency and smooth functioning across HR and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system.

Oversee payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).

Support training programs, employee engagement, and performance reviews.

Draft, update, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Accounts & Finance:

Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, invoices, and reconciliations.

Handle accounts payable/receivable and petty cash management.

Assist financial reporting, and MIS preparation.

Support audit process and ensure regulatory compliance.

Must-Have Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and tax-saving schemes (preferred)

Proficiency in CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, and video platforms

Graduate in

Commerce/Finance/HR/Business Administration

(MBA preferred).

1-4 years of relevant experience in HR and Accounts.

Exposure to financial services sector preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,036.86 - ₹22,000.00 per month
