Job Brief:


We are looking for a versatile and organized HR and Accounts professional to manage our day-to-day HR operations and financial bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between employee management and financial accuracy, handling tasks ranging from payroll and recruitment to accounts payable/receivable.

Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR)



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and conducting new hire orientation.

Payroll Administration:

Process monthly/bi-weekly payroll, manage attendance records, calculate deductions, and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Employee Relations:

Act as the point of contact for employee queries, benefits administration, leave management, and performance evaluations.

Compliance:

Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle company policies.

Accounting & Finance



Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable (vendor invoices) and accounts receivable (client billing).

Reconciliation:

Perform daily/monthly bank, credit card, and vendor account reconciliations.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.

Tax & Compliance:

Assist in the preparation of tax filings (VAT/GST/Income Tax) and internal audits.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of combined experience in HR and Accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally ERP, SAP). Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel). Strong understanding of labor laws and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS). High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,422.21 - ?20,000.00 per month
