Job Description

We are looking for an

HR & Accounts Assistant

with experience in

Tally, salary processing, GST, and TDS reconciliation

. The role involves supporting HR operations along with day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

Process monthly salaries/payroll

accurately and on time Support HR compliance and internal coordination

Accounts & Compliance Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in

Tally

Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments Handle

GST entries, filing support, and GST reconciliation

Manage

TDS deduction, filing support, and TDS reconciliation

Perform bank, GST, and TDS reconciliations periodically Assist in preparation of financial reports and audit documentation
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration 1-3 years of experience in HR & Accounts Hands-on experience with

Tally

Knowledge of

salary processing, GST, and TDS reconciliation

Working knowledge of statutory compliances Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Skills:

Experience with GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) Knowledge of PF, ESI, and Professional Tax Strong attention to detail and compliance accuracy
