1. Role Purpose
To build a data-driven HR ecosystem by leading HR analytics, insights, dashboards and driving large-scale HR programs. The role acts as the "control tower" for HR - integrating analytics, project governance, AI-enabled HR interventions, and cross-functional program management across Global HR, Business HR, CoEs, and Corporate functions.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. HR Analytics & Insights (50%)
Build and manage real-time HR dashboards across Talent, Performance, Organisation, Productivity, Retention, Cost & Culture.
Lead organisation's people analytics agenda including predictive analytics (attrition prediction, productivity, manpower cost, hiring funnel efficiency, AI-enabled insights).
Partner with HRBPs & Business leaders to provide monthly talent insights for Optical Networking and Digital Business.
Own all HR KPIs, data governance, accuracy, and reporting cadence to MD, CEO, CHRO, CFO, and Business Heads.
High ownership, precision, structured problem solving.
Ability to work with senior leadership with strong communication.
5. Qualification & Experience
MBA/PGDM in HR/Analytics/Operations.
6-10 years of experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, PMO or Business Analytics roles.
Experience in manufacturing
