Role:





We are seeking a dynamic HR Analytics & Operations expert with a strong background in HR automation projects, data analysis, and dashboard development to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing HR & Business decision-making through data-driven insights, building and maintaining dashboards, and automating workflows using Power Platform tools. This role will directly support strategic HR initiatives by delivering actionable analytics and developing systems that improve operational efficiency.




Responsibilities:




Develop and maintain interactive HR dashboards and reports using Power BI to track and visualize key HR metrics. Build workflow automation solutions using Power Automate and PowerApps to streamline and digitize HR processes. Partner with HR and business leaders to provide Quarterly Business Review (QBR) insights, highlighting trends and areas of improvement. Conduct in-depth data analysis, cleaning, and validation to ensure accurate and actionable reporting. Design and implement automated reporting systems to reduce manual effort and enhance data integrity. Lead and contribute to HR strategic initiatives involving analytics, reporting, and systems transformation. Use storytelling and data visualization techniques to communicate key insights to HR stakeholders. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for HR process optimization and automation. Support talent analytics, employee engagement, attrition analysis, workforce planning, and other core HR functions with actionable insights. Leverage Data Analytics Certification knowledge to implement best practices in data governance, data ethics, and analysis methodology.

Required Skills:




Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in HR analytics, data visualization, and automation projects. Proven expertise in: + Power BI (Dashboard creation, DAX, Power Query)
+ Power Automate (Workflow automation)
+ PowerApps (App development for HR processes)
+ Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
Experience with HR Metrics such as attrition, headcount, DEI, employee engagement, and performance. Proficient in data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable outcomes. Google Data Analytics Certification (or equivalent) Preferred.

Preferred Skills:




Experience working in HRIS or HR tech environments. Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) is a plus. Exposure to cloud services (Azure, SharePoint) is desirable. Knowledge of HR compliance, people strategy, or change management.
