Key Responsibilities:
Deliver interactive online sessions on HR Analytics, HR Metrics, and Data-Driven HR practices.
Teach the use of tools such as
Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R (for HR data analysis)
.
Develop and update training materials, case studies, and project assignments.
Guide students in applying analytical methods to HR processes such as recruitment, performance, attrition, and workforce planning.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate practical insights into sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
.
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or People Analytics.
Strong knowledge of HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Proficiency in tools like
Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau
, or other visualization software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Python or R for HR data analysis.
Experience using HRIS or ERP systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
Familiarity with predictive HR models and data visualization.
