Key Responsibilities:
Deliver online lectures and training sessions in
HR Analytics
, using Malayalam and English as needed.
Develop course materials and case studies incorporating
UAE labour laws
relevant to HR practices.
Mentor and support students virtually, guiding their projects and assignments.
Prepare and grade assessments, quizzes, and projects aligned with academic standards.
Stay updated on changes in UAE labour regulations and HR analytics trends.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for smooth course delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
Minimum
2 years faculty teaching experience
, preferably with exposure to UAE academic or corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labour laws
, including contracts, gratuity, working hours.
Fluent in
Malayalam and English
(both written and spoken).
Proficiency with HR analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS) is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience teaching HR Analytics or related subjects remotely.
Familiarity with HRIS software (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is a plus.
Ability to create bilingual course content and assessments.
Research interest or publications in HR analytics or labour laws.
