Job Title: HR Analytics Faculty - UAE Labour Law Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated

HR Analytics Faculty

to deliver online courses in Human Resource Analytics with emphasis on

UAE labour laws and compliance

. The ideal candidate should have

at least 2 years of faculty experience

, a strong understanding of

HR data tools

, and

practical knowledge of UAE employment regulations

. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging online lectures and training sessions in

HR Analytics

, HR metrics, and UAE labour law topics Design and update course content, assessments, and case studies based on current HR trends and

UAE regulations

Mentor and guide students in academic projects, assignments, and practical applications Participate in curriculum development and regular faculty discussions Stay updated with trends in analytics tools and UAE employment law

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related fields

Minimum 2 years of faculty or teaching experience

in HR or related areas (UAE experience preferred) Solid understanding of

UAE Labour Law

and its application in HR scenarios Knowledge of HR analytics tools like

Excel, Power BI, Tableau

, or similar Strong communication skills in

English

Basic familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
