Analyze HR data and generate reports related to employee headcount, attrition, recruitment, compensation, performance, and other key metrics.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track KPIs.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to support HR strategies.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Assist in creating data-driven policies and process improvements.
Conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys and analyze results.
Support HR budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory reporting requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
3 years of experience in HR Analytics or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Workday), and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Good understanding of HR processes, metrics, and data governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
