Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., recruitment, employee performance, retention rates, compensation, engagement scores) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Reporting & Dashboards:
Develop and maintain HR metrics dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to senior HR leadership and other stakeholders.
Predictive Analytics:
Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast trends, such as turnover, hiring needs, and talent gaps, and provide recommendations to address them.
Workforce Planning:
Assist with workforce planning by analyzing headcount, labor costs, and future talent needs.
Employee Engagement Analysis:
Measure and analyze employee engagement levels through surveys, interviews, and other tools to support strategies for improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits teams to provide analytical support for key HR initiatives.
Compliance & Data Integrity:
Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of HR data, adhering to data privacy and compliance regulations.
Ad Hoc Analysis:
Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support HR initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience (4-6 years) in HR analytics, HR operations, or a data analysis role within HR.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
