We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Analyst to manage a wide range of HR responsibilities. This role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, maintaining the HRMS platform, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, people-focused, and able to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to monitor and improve recruitment performance and efficiency. Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities. Conduct induction sessions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Set up employee records and profiles on the HRMS platform. Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.) and maintain employee files. Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate updates in the HRMS system. Ensure HR processes align with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for compliance filings and audits. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve HR processes. Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports.

Essential Skills (Technical Skills)

:

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:



Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment & HR Operations tasks. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR Strategy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with HRMS and recruitment software. Should have experience in working with Google worksheet/ MS Excel.

Mandatory Requirements:



Must have a WiFi-enabled laptop. Should not be actively pursuing education. Must be comfortable working night shifts. Comfortable to work from office i.e. Bangalore (HSR Layout)
