Edu-Vitae Services is hiring for HR & Sales.
Roles & Responsibilities HR Roles & Responsibilities: Consult with the team to identify needs and preferred qualifications. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill the organization job/intern vacancies.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills. Inform applicants about job/intern details such as perks, benefits, incentives/stipend/salary, work style/ethics, and conditions. Hire always qualified & right candidates for the organization. Welcoming new employees. It is a must for every HR head, leader, intern to carry out induction for every new hire and give them an orientation regarding the company policies and rules.
Track progress, priorities, and deadlines for various projects/tasks.
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
Resolve issues/conflicts between interns & others. Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists, interns, and staff. Oversee recruitment and hiring process. Sales Roles & Responsibilities (As an HR & Sales, you'll also assign & track work with the Campus Ambassador, Lead Generation Executive, BDE interns & others): Familiarizing yourself with all services/products offered by our company.
Edu-Vitae's branding, publicity, activity promotion & marketing to get the maximum business & leads. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective customers/clients. Negotiating with customers/clients to secure the most attractive prices. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Giving a presentation & introduction to students, college/university administration/management about the company and its services/products. Organizing competitions, programs and events (Like Workshop/Training/Internship/Seminar/Webinar) in colleges/universities/schools/companies. Increasing reach, likes and sharing important posts from our official Social Media pages on a regular basis. Developing relationships with prospective colleges/universities/schools administration/management & student councils/representatives of colleges/universities/schools fests/events. Generating weekly reports and updating your worksheet on a daily work basis. Prospect List (Database collection of students & colleges - college, course, year & region-wise - Email Id & Contact Number). Building a good connection and network between your/other college/university/school students & student's councils/representatives.
Prospecting potential customers/Clients: by phone, by email, Virtually & physically.
Thinking creatively, developing new marketing strategies to reach a particular or targeted audience.
