-Responsible for the End to End Recruitment Process. -Sourcing (Direct/Indirect) of qualified candidates for open positions. -Assessing applicant\'s knowledge, skills, experience for best fit for the position. -Screening of Applications. -Shortlisting the suitable candidates. -Calling And Shortlisting candidates for Interview, Coordinate and schedule the interviews. -Onboarding & Documentation process of new joiners. Skill Required- Excellent Communication Skills, Attention to Details, Relationship Building Skills Knowledge of MS Office Suit
