Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage
end-to-end employee lifecycle
- recruitment, onboarding, induction, attendance, and exit formalities.
Maintain HR records, employee database, and recruitment trackers.
Support in
payroll preparation
by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime details.
Handle statutory compliance-related documentation (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Coordinate training and development programs for telecom workforce.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
Manage vendor coordination, purchase of office supplies, and AMC renewals.
Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for field staff and management.
Ensure safety, security, and compliance within office premises.
Support management in maintaining
discipline and attendance
among field staff and technicians.
Assist in organizing job fairs, recruitment drives, and company events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2-4 years of experience
in HR & Admin, preferably in telecom/ISP/field workforce industries.
Strong knowledge of HR operations (attendance, payroll, compliance, recruitment).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage administrative functions effectively.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in handling
large field workforce
(technicians, splicers, network engineers, etc.).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
