We are looking for an organized Administrator to manage our HR operations and office administration. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless employee onboarding on our system and maintaining day-to-day office finance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & System Onboarding (Priority)
System Registration:
Act as the HR for the
RazorpayX Payroll
portal. You must manually register every new joiner in the system, ensuring accurate entry of:
Personal details (PAN, Aadhar, Bank Accounts).
Salary structure (CTC breakdown).
Shift and leave policy mapping.
Onboarding Coordination:
Invite new employees to the self-service portal to complete their profiles.
Coordinate with the IT/Admin team to generate Employee IDs 1 and ensure workstation/email setup is ready before Day 1.
Maintain the
Employee Handbook
and ensure digital acceptance by new staff2.
Agency Coordination (Recruitment):
Serve as the single point of contact for the external
Recruitment Agency
.
Share approved s (JDs) with the agency and track candidate pipelines.
Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and internal HODs.
2. Payroll & Compliance Administration
Payroll Processing:
Execute the monthly payroll
on RazorpayX.
Insurance Management:
Track employee insurance policy expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals.
3. Financial Administration
Expense Reports:
Collect physical/digital receipts and bills from staff to prepare the
Monthly Expense Report
for management approval.
Petty Cash:
Maintain a daily log of petty cash transactions and reconcile the balance at the end of every month
Payment Memos:
Create formal payment memos for vendor invoices and ensure necessary approvals are in place beforereleasing any payments
4. General Administration & Procurement
Travel Management:
Review and process
Travel Requests
before booking tickets or accommodation for official trips.
Procurement:
Ensure a
Purchase Request (PR) Form
is approved before ordering any office assets or supplies.
Subscriptions:
Maintain a tracker for recurring subscriptions (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, domain names) and process renewals on time.
Events:
Maintain the Employee Birthday List and organize small office celebrations14.
Requirements
Experience:
1+ years in HR Admin or Office Management.
Technical Skills:
Experience with
Payroll Software
(RazorpayX, Keka, or similar) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Excel (for expense reports and trackers).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively between the external HR agency and internal HODs.

Pay: ₹11,033.65 - ₹30,000.00 per month
