We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator with strong recruitment skills to manage hiring, HR operations, and employee support. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage full recruitment cycle - posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documents.
Support payroll, leave, and performance management.
Organize induction, training, and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related assistance.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company rules.
Prepare HR reports for management.
Requirements
:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
Minimum
2 years of HR experience
, especially in recruitment.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and hiring skills.
Good communication, organizing, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR operations and MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
