Key Responsibilities
Manage HR administrative activities including employee records, documentation, and data management
Support recruitment activities such as interview coordination, onboarding, and induction processes
Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave management, and HR databases
Assist in payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration
Prepare HR reports, MIS, letters, and official correspondence
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HR best practices
Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement activities
Provide administrative support for audits, training programs, and performance reviews
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR and administration
Educational Qualifications
Master's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (mandatory)
Schooling must be completed from CBSE or ICSE boards only
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Sound understanding of HR processes and administrative functions
