Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Administration, with more than 3 years of relevant HR experience. Applicants must have completed their schooling under CBSE or ICSE boards. The HR Administrator will support various HR functions including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting employees with HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:



Organize, maintain, and update personnel records accurately and confidentially. Manage recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Prepare, update, and maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, policy manuals, and employee handbooks. Handle employee queries regarding payroll, leaves, benefits, and company policies. Assist payroll and benefits administration by providing necessary employee information. Generate HR reports on metrics such as turnover rates, hiring trends, and leave balances. Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives. Support employee relations activities, including investigations and conflict resolution under supervision. Work closely with HR managers and other departments to streamline HR operations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.

Mandatory Qualifications:



Schooling completed from CBSE or ICSE boards. Master's degree in Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.

Required Skills and Competencies:



Proficient in HR software and digital HR management systems (HRIS/HRMS). Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Pay: ₹19,009.95 - ₹25,836.95 per month
