Job Title: HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding (Pre & Post Joining Formalities)
Coordinate pre-joining activities including document collection, document verification, and induction planning.
Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences by coordinating with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll etc.)
Conduct post-joining activities such as HR orientation, HRIS updates, and benefits enrollment.
Employee Confirmations
Track probation periods and coordinate with managers for timely confirmation evaluations.
Issue confirmation letters and ensure all related payroll and HRIS updates are completed.
Employee Query Management
Manage and resolve employee tickets raised through ServiceNow or equivalent HR ticketing platforms.
Ensure queries are addressed within defined SLAs and provide accurate guidance on HR policies and processes.
Insurance & Benefits Administration
Prepare monthly insurance endorsement data - additions and deletions.
Assist employees with insurance queries, claims, and documentation requirements.
HR MIS & Reporting
Maintain and update various HR MIS reports including onboarding status, confirmations, exits, insurance data, and ticketing dashboards.
Prepare periodic reports for leadership review, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Exit Formalities
Handle employee exit processes including resignation acknowledgment, exit interviews scheduling, full & final documentation coordination, and clearance formalities.
Ensure all exit-related updates in HRIS, payroll, and insurance systems are completed accurately.
Person Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of HR Operations experience (preferred).
Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
Experience with HRIS and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
Immediate joining preferred.
