Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with data protection regulations. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and preparing candidate documentation. Process new hire onboarding and ensure completion of all necessary paperwork. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (e.g., absences, overtime, leaves). Assist with employee benefits administration and answer related queries. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and memos. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries. Organize and maintain HR files, forms, and templates. Assist in HR projects such as performance reviews, training, and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements



Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role. Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (e.g., HRIS). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and confidentiality. Qualification in Human Resources or related field preferred.
