Key Responsibilities:



Onboarding Coordination:


Assist in the smooth onboarding of new employees, including induction, orientation sessions, and coordination with various departments for system and asset allocation.

Documentation Management:


Ensure accurate collection, verification, and maintenance of employee documents in both physical and digital formats.

Joining Formalities:


Manage the end-to-end joining formalities for new hires, including forms collection, ID card issuance, email account setup coordination, and benefits enrollment assistance.

Administrative Support:


Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling interviews, handling correspondence, and maintaining HR trackers and databases.

Filing and Record-Keeping:


Maintain an organized filing system for employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (freshers with strong organizational skills may apply) Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
