Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
Manage staff attendance, leaves, and performance tracking systems.
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs.
Ensure HR policies are updated and in compliance with labor laws and school policies.
Administrative Duties
:
Oversee day-to-day school administrative operations.
Manage office supplies, school records, and ensure timely maintenance of facilities.
Act as a liaison between staff, parents, and external stakeholders when necessary.
Support event planning and logistics for school events and activities.
Monitor vendor contracts and service agreements (e.g., transportation, security, maintenance).
Ensure school licenses, inspections, and compliance documentation are up to date.
Manage the school's administrative team and delegate tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, & MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or school administration.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
Experience in an educational institution is highly desirable.
