- Member of the Interviewing team
- Maintaining pre-joining tracker
- Salary fitment
- Offer letter generation
- Printing offer letters
- ID Card and E-code generation
- Appointment letter generation
- Post joining tracker
- Follow up with the new joiners
- Discussing the new recruitment requirements internally with client.
- Understanding the Job vacancy requirements provided by the client including
- Sending mails in bulk on job portals to potential candidates for the needed
- Feedback post interview from the client & the candidate.
- Rigorous follow up till the candidates joins
- Briefing joiners about company profile, client profile, working culture, salary
