Handle recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and HR teams.
Manage Travel Allowance and Dearness Allowance (TADA) claims and reimbursements efficiently.
Assist in daily HR and administrative tasks, including office management and employee communications.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing HR initiatives.
Support documentation and record-keeping for audits and statutory requirements
Requirements:
2-5 years of HR experience.
Knowledge of basic HR operations & MS Office.
Good communication and organizational skills.
