recruitment & hiring

(job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding) Coordinate

payroll processing

, attendance, leave, and HR documentation Maintain employee records, HR policies, and compliance support Provide

administrative support

and assist in office operations Act as point of contact for employee queries and management support

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR / Administration / Business Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / startup environment preferred Good communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
