Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Assisting in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.

Employee Records & Compliance:

Maintaining employee files, contracts, and attendance records. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Assisting with salary processing, leave management, and benefits coordination.

Office Administration:

Handling office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.

Administrative Support

Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination Oversee general office operations and housekeeping staff
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
