We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Admin professional who can manage day-to-day HR operations along with office administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in HR processes as well as travel and facility management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities -- screening, scheduling, coordination with candidates & hiring managers
Employee onboarding & exit processing, documentation, background verification
Maintain and update HRIS, employee records, letters & HR documentation
Coordinate monthly attendance, leave records and support payroll inputs
Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and communication
Manage HR-related queries and ensure HR policies are followed
flight bookings, hotel reservations (domestic & international), cabs/local transport
Support in event/training logistics, meeting room management & office utilities
Maintain asset inventory and AMC/repair coordination
Ensure compliance with office safety & admin standards
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Administration
Strong knowledge of HR operations & admin coordination
Experience in
travel/flight/hotel booking
is mandatory
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Must have good communication skills
