Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
, from job posting, candidate screening, and interviews to final onboarding.
Administer
payroll processes
, ensuring accurate salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement.
Create, maintain, and monitor
KRAs, performance metrics, and appraisal processes

Plan and execute
employee engagement initiatives
, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Serve as the
first point of contact
for HR and administrative queries from employees and management.
Maintain
attendance, leave records, and HR dashboards
to track employee data efficiently.
Coordinate
intern hiring and training
, supporting event execution and operational needs.
Ensure smooth functioning of daily
admin tasks
, including office coordination, vendor communication, and logistical support.
Assist management with reporting, process improvements, and policy implementation.
