to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR activities, managing HR records, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration :
Maintain, update, and organize personnel records, documentation, and HR files.
Accurately manage HR databases with current employee information including onboarding, exits, leaves, warnings, and time-off records.
Respond promptly to employee queries and provide HR-related information as needed.
Coordinate and maintain internal calendars, schedule meetings, and support event planning for HR initiatives.
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional communication and support.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-up communication.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in sourcing suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
Participate in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth induction experience for new hires.
Help implement employer branding strategies and candidate engagement initiatives.
Skills Required:

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
