We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
HR Admin - Attendance & Payroll Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee attendance records and managing the end-to-end payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
:
Maintain and update employee attendance records daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Manage and track leaves, absences, late arrivals, and other attendance-related data.
Generate regular attendance reports for management review.
Calculate employee working hours, overtime, and leave balances in accordance with company policies.
Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring correct calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Coordinate with the finance department for timely salary disbursement.
Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll matters.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations related to attendance and payroll.
Maintain employee records and documentation in a systematic and confidential manner.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining digital and physical employee records.
Support other HR functions as required.
Key Skills & Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
