to manage HR operations, administrative tasks, and oversee daily canteen management. The ideal candidate must possess strong managerial skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Assist in recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial evaluations.
Manage onboarding processes and staff induction.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll preparation.
Coordinate with staff, address routine HR queries, and maintain confidentiality.
Prepare HR letters, circulars, and communication notices.
Support overall administrative operations across the campus.
Canteen Management Responsibilities
Oversee daily canteen operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with canteen staff and vendors regarding menu, timings, and service quality.
Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Address feedback from students and faculty regarding canteen services.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of work experience
in HR, administration, or a similar role.
Female candidate only
(as per role requirement).
Strong managerial and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
