Key Responsibilities
HR Administrators handle day-to-day HR tasks to support employees and ensure compliance. Main duties include maintaining personnel records, updating databases with new hire data, and preparing documents like employment contracts.
They assist with recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and aiding onboarding processes for new employees. Additional tasks cover responding to employee queries on benefits, gathering payroll data, and generating HR reports on metrics like turnover.
Required Qualifications
Candidates typically need a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with 1-3 years of HR administrative experience. Proficiency in HR software, MS Office (especially Excel), and knowledge of labor laws are essential.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication for handling queries and external partners are key. Preferred: Experience with payroll systems or recruitment tools.
